Our Story
It takes many years for specialised software businesses to acquire the significant experience needed to understand, let alone deal with, the complex requirements of large, modern, multinational TMC's.
Bookingfiles.com started creating specialised travel software in 1999, by providing software and software services for a TMC with five branches, in the UK.
We provided a significant number of groundbreaking products to the TMC during that time, and played a core role in their growth to an International TMC with branches in over 50 countries.
We also played a core role in integrating acquisitions at the operating and back office level, doing away completely with the need to merge data from different sources for reporting purposes, or sending handoff file data to third party reporting providers for reporting purposes.
You will know that large clients often have relationships with multiple TMC'S, so we have worked with most of the major TMC's during this time.
So the reason we have such a deep knowledge of how TMC's work, and the information they need to be able to work effectively and profitably, is because of this experience.
